Are these mid calf or knee high? Are there measurements available?

The Ranger-303 is a knee high boot. The shaft height of these boots is 14 1/4 inches for a size 9 and increments by 1/4 inch. So, for example a size 8 would be 14 inches tall, a size 7 would be 13 3/4 inches, etc.
