ROCKY-30 - Clearance

These boots are amazing! I love the look and the fit. They look great with pants tucked in, or a skirt. There are a few things to consider before buying, though. Firstly, the legs are are VERY tall. If you don't have long legs, they may be too tall for you. I emailed Demonia to ask for measurements, which was a big help for me. Secondly, unless you have really skinny legs, the laces probably won't reach up all the way. You may have to get a little creative with your lacing. Finally, the leather is very thick, so prepare to spend a while breaking them in. Going up and down stairs was pretty awkward for the first few days. On the whole, though, I found these to be a great choice and am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

These boots are monsters. They're massive. I feel like I'm wearing armor when I wear these. They definitely take some getting used to! The bad part is, they rub against/poke the back of my knee when going up/down stairs or hills. And another bad thing is, I don't think the laces are made long enough, because I have to tie them super tight in order to have enough laces to lace all the way up. And this makes for sore feet and calves at the end of the night. On top of it, the getting on/lacing up process takes at least 10 minutes, so don't plan on wearing these if you're in a hurry to get somewhere. All in all, I would say I am happy with them. They look good, and I get tons of compliments. And they seem to be made pretty sturdy, so they might last a while. And $97 is a heck of a bargain compaired to the $130 knee-high Doc Martens I was almost going to get. So glad I found these.
