Returns Policy

At Rivithead, we want you to be happy with your order—and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy first.

How to Start a Return

To return an item, you’ll need a return authorization number. Fill out the return form here:

Return Timeframes

  • Standard Returns: Return within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Holiday Returns: Orders from Nov 1 – Dec 31 may be returned within 90 days.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:
  • Intimate apparel
  • Earrings
  • Makeup
  • Custom-made or special-order items

Item Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:
  • Unworn and in brand new condition
  • Free of odors, stains, or marks
  • Free of pet hair
  • With all original tags and packaging
If pet hair is present, you will be asked to pay a $5 cleaning fee or have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed and refunded.

Discounts and Coupons

If you used a discount code or coupon, the discount value will be deducted from your refund on returned items.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, include the new size or product request on the return form. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

We can’t cancel orders once checkout is complete. Our warehouse begins processing immediately. Backordered items may be canceled using the link in your backorder notification email.

Return Fees

  • Returns: No restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
  • Exchanges: No restocking fee. Customer pays shipping both ways.
  • Refused/Return to Sender: 15% restocking fee + return shipping deducted from refund.
  • High Return Rate: Accounts flagged for excessive returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: Contact us at support@rivithead.com. We'll replace the item and cover standard shipping.

Return Packaging Instructions

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Securely pack item using box or shipping paper
  • Do not tape or label original product boxes (like shoe boxes)
  • Insure the return for full value
  • No C.O.D. shipments accepted
Rivithead is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.
