Mortaurium Earring Studs

The shipping was very quick. I received the earrings and was let down by one of earrings. One earring looked great, as pictured, but the other looked melted and misshapen. I contacted rivithead and was worried. Whoever at rivithead that contacted me back was very personable and understanding and really wanted to help. I’m so grateful, they sent me a new pair asap.
