Q. How long will it take to get my order?

Transit time will vary by location and shipping option selected. Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in both the processing and transit times so these may delay your order depending on when it was placed. For example if your order was placed on a Friday evening it may not process for shipping until the following Monday. We do our very best to get your order to you the fastest we can and will sometimes choose a shipping method that is different than what is chosen to get your order there faster, even it if it costs us a few extra dollars. Normal transit times to the US for smaller items is about 2-3 days and for larger items like platform boots it could take 2-6 days. If your order contains larger items like boots or shoes  and smaller items like clothing or leather gear we may ship the separately to get the smaller items to you faster.
