Rivithead Order Status Guide: What Each One Means

Q. What does my order status mean?
 
A.
You may see one of the following order statuses. Here’s what each one means:
Pending Your order has been received and is waiting for a Rivithead team member to verify it. This usually takes less than 12 hours.
Processing Your order is being prepared for shipment. Standard orders typically take 3 business days. Expedited orders usually ship the same day.
Flagged for Review Your order requires a quick manual check. This is routine, and we’ll contact you if anything needs attention.
Shipped Your order has been shipped and is in transit. Use your tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Complete Your order has been fulfilled and the process is complete.
Delivered Your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
PayPal Processing This is usually instant. If you used a PayPal eCheck, it may take several days. If there’s a communication error, we’ll manually verify your payment.
PayPal Money Request Sent Your PayPal payment didn’t go through, and we’ve sent a new payment request through PayPal.
Authorization Required We may need additional information to process your order. This usually relates to a billing address verification issue. We’ll contact you shortly.
Back Order One or more items are on back order from the manufacturer. You should have received an email with options to cancel or update your order.
Return Received We’ve received your return. Your exchange or credit will be processed within 2 business days.
