Rivithead Order Status Guide: What Each One Means

Q. What does my order status mean?
A.
You may see one of the following order statuses. Here’s what each one means:
Pending | Your order has been received and is waiting for a Rivithead team member to verify it. This usually takes less than 12 hours. |
Processing | Your order is being prepared for shipment. Standard orders typically take 3 business days. Expedited orders usually ship the same day. |
Flagged for Review | Your order requires a quick manual check. This is routine, and we’ll contact you if anything needs attention. |
Shipped | Your order has been shipped and is in transit. Use your tracking number to monitor delivery progress. |
Complete | Your order has been fulfilled and the process is complete. |
Delivered | Your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided. |
PayPal Processing | This is usually instant. If you used a PayPal eCheck, it may take several days. If there’s a communication error, we’ll manually verify your payment. |
PayPal Money Request Sent | Your PayPal payment didn’t go through, and we’ve sent a new payment request through PayPal. |
Authorization Required | We may need additional information to process your order. This usually relates to a billing address verification issue. We’ll contact you shortly. |
Back Order | One or more items are on back order from the manufacturer. You should have received an email with options to cancel or update your order. |
Return Received | We’ve received your return. Your exchange or credit will be processed within 2 business days. |
