Q. What does my order status mean?
 
A.
Below is a list of possible order statuses you may see on your order along with a descritpion of each status.


Pending Your order has been received and is waiting for a Rivithead employee to verify your order. This process usually takes less than 12 hrs.
Processing Your order has been accepted into our system and is on its way to our shipping facility to be kitted, packaged and shipped. This process usually takes 3 working days on standard orders. Upgraded orders will normally process same day.
Flagged for Review Your order need a quick manual review. This is normal and if there is anything wrong we will contact you.
Shipped Your order has left our facility and is in transit. You can use our tracking system to monitor the progress of your package by clicking on the tracking number.
Complete Your order has been completed.
Delivered Your order has been delivered to its destination.
Paypal Processing In most cases this process is instantaneous. If you have paid by PayPal e-check this process could take up to a week. If there was an error with communications to PayPals server your order will be verified by a Rivithead employee.
PayPal Money Request Sent Your PayPal payment did not go through and we have sent you a money request through PayPal
Waiting for Money Order You have chosen to pay with a money order. Your order will not ship until we receive payment.
Money Order Received Your Money order has been received and your order will process soon.
Money order not received We have not received a money order from you within 2 weeks of your order. If you would like to make the purchase please place another order or contact customer support.
authorization required We may need further information from you to process your order. A customer service representative will contact you shortly. Most likely causes for this is a credit card billing Address Verification failure.
Back Order Your order, unfortunately, is on back order from the manufacturer. You should have received an email informing you of this status. You may also follow the link provided in the email to cancel or update your order.
Return Received Your return has been accepted into our system. Your exchange or credit will process within 2 business days.
