Can I cancel my order after I have paid for it?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. That said, once an order is placed, it’s usually sent to our shipping team immediately. In many cases, items are pulled, packed, and labeled for shipment within minutes. Because of this, we’re often unable to cancel orders after checkout is complete. While we can’t guarantee cancellation, we’re always happy to check and let you know what options may be available.
