What to expect with international shipping.

After placing your international order, we begin preparing your items for shipment. In some cases, we may need to consolidate items from multiple warehouses. If so, please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.

Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your location, carrier, and local processing times.

Many countries are now actively charging tariffs, import duties, and carrier handling fees on shipments from the U.S. These charges vary by country and change frequently. Rivithead cannot estimate, prepay, or reimburse these fees. It is very likely that you will be charged a tariff or customs fee upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for the most current rates before placing your order.
