I was very excited when I saw these boots on the website. I have extremely high arches and heels over 3 inches cause lot's of pain. It's hard to find cute shoes with lower heels. These looked like a great heel height for me. The turn around between ordering and arrival was wonderful and the boots looked exactly as they were pictured. I love them and will be ordering again.
