| Q. How long will it take to get my boots\shoes? |
| A. |
Transit time will vary by location and shipping option selected. For
example if your order is for air shipping it will process
and ship within 24 hours from when it was placed and the
transit time will depend on whether you selected Next Day,
Second Day or Three Day. For Ground and Standard shipping
options the processing time will range from 3-5 business
days and the transit time will vary by distance. The average
Ground shipping order takes 1 week and the average Standard
shipping order takes 1-2 weeks. Please note that weekends
and holidays are not included in both the processing and
transit times so these may delay your order depending on
when it was placed. For example if your order was placed on
a Friday it may not process for shipping until the following
Monday. |

|
Q. How much will shipping cost? |
| A. |
This depends on where the merchandise is going and how much it weighs.
The best way to get the shipping cost is to add an item to
your shopping cart and then go to the "estimate
shipping cost" link in the cart. This will give you the
estimated cost and transit time. For international shipping
you will need to create your account prior to getting a
shipping estimate. Once this is done you can add an item to
your shopping cart, click on "checkout" and you will be
given the exact shipping cost without having to checkout. |
| |
| Q. Do you ship internationally? |
| A. |
YES! But, only to select countries.
*PLEASE NOTE: Certain countries outside of the US charge
additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Rivithead
can not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse
you for any additional fees incurred to ship outside of the US.
Before placing international orders please contact your local
customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect. |

| Q. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material? |
| |
 |
Patent, either
patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made
material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. |
| |
| |
 |
PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material. |
| |
| |
Stretch, either patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material,
which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs.
Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a
texture pattern. |
| |
| Q. How do I keep my D-Ring creepers from un-lacing? |
| A. |
 |
There are a lot of ways to tie a D-Ring
shoe so the laces do not slip. Here is our favorite way, a
lace lock. Just top the pattern off with your favorite knot.
Be careful though, with this lacing it is easy to over
tighten the laces and bend the D-Ring!
